Order Cancellations:

  • Orders may be canceled up to 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery for a full or partial refund.

  • Cancellations made after this time-frame may not be eligible for a refund due to preparation time and ingredient costs.

  • Custom or special orders may require a non-refundable deposit.

 

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Incorrect items received

  • Significant damage caused before pickup or delivery

  • Quality issues reported within 24 hours of receiving the order

 

To request a refund, customers must provide:

  • Order details

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

 

Non-Refundable Items:

Due to the nature of our cottage bakery products, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after pickup or delivery

  • Failure to pick up the order at the scheduled time

  • Taste preferences or subjective opinions

  • Improper storage, handling, or transportation after pickup/delivery

 

Custom Orders:

Custom and personalized orders (such as decorated cookies or specialty items):

  • Require approval before production

  • May require a non-refundable deposit

  • Are not eligible for refunds once work has begun, except in cases of our error

 

Allergies & Food Sensitivities:

Our products are made in a home kitchen and may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy.
We cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions, as it is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient information before ordering.

 

Delivery & Pickup Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting their order at the time of pickup or delivery.

  • Once an order leaves our possession, we are not responsible for damage caused by handling, transport, or storage.

  • Refunds will not be issued for issues that occur after pickup or delivery.

 

Refund Processing:

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed using the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

  • Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion
