Cottage Food Disclaimer:

This bakery operates under Ohio’s cottage food laws. All products are homemade and produced in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Ohio Department of Health.

Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as wheat, eggs, milk, soy, nuts, and others.

Products and Availability:

All items are made to order unless otherwise stated. Availability may vary based on ingredient supply and scheduling. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

Ordering and Payment:

Orders must be placed through our website, social media, or approved ordering channels.
Payment is required in full to confirm your order unless otherwise agreed.
We accept Venmo at this time.
Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

Custom Orders:

(including decorated cookies, cakes, or specialty items):

Require advance notice (Minimum of 14 days).
Must be approved prior to payment.
May require a non-refundable deposit.

We will make reasonable efforts to match requested designs but cannot guarantee exact replicas.

Pickup and Delivery:

Orders are available for pickup at an agreed-upon location and time.
Customers are responsible for timely pickup.
Delivery may be available for an additional fee within a limited area.

Once an order has been picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, or transportation.

Refunds and Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled up to 7 days before the scheduled pickup for a full or partial refund.
Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund.
Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, refunds are not provided once an order has been picked up or delivered.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.

Allergy and Ingredient Notice:

While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens. Customers with severe allergies should use discretion when ordering.
